Pencil Head's Dusk Til Dawn Film Fest is accepting entries for the 2006 Season.
This is an international festival for independent films 3 minutes to 60 minutes in length. All Genres are welcome. Foreign languages also welcome with English subtitles. This is an opportunity for small-scale and independent Filmmakers to showcase their work.
